in club waddles everyone has the option to become a vip. to do so, you must complete a series of tasks for Quacka The Duck. These tasks include

Finding his boogie board
Anwsering fun questions about club waddles
And then helping him find his groove (apparently it got lost in the cloud city *hint* *hint*)

After that you become a V.I.P.

After becoming one you get: access to a mini vip only catalog. And a badge saying vip in the vip section of your profile
