Can I become a coder?

I made this topic because when I PM someone to ask if I can be a coder, they never reply. So can I be a coder? Look at my demos. So please make me a coder.

Snooper is not replying

well, seems though im a mod without his badge I say yes. And it is pretty much my choice to say yes or no if snooper dosent reply seems though im in charge of project save clubwaddles.

I say yes, that you should be a coder. I may not be a mod but I'm a coder myself and I'd love to work side by side with you (over the internet though. India's too far from the U.S.!!) so if anyone can, please add him to the coder list. he's great and I've seen his work! And I've sort of coded with him and he was amazing! And he made it so much more interesting than working alone!
P.S. I'm working on the Log in stuff which includes the security part and the I've Forgot my Password! part
